The financial realization of a retrofitting
Generally, the retrofitting that includes material can be purchased. The saving result refinances the purchase for town councils.
However, the most important topic for most town councils is the possibility of a budget-neutral realization. For this reason, we offer the Luretec system based on an energy saving contracting and make the required basic investment at our own expense. Your current supplier of electric energy will continue to supply as per the existing conditions, the saving amounts resulting from the retrofitting serve the contracting contract. After the agreed contract period, the property of the technology will be transfered to you. The invoice will be based on your last electricity bill. During the contract period, we will bear the full risk as contractor. This energy saving contracting does not effect your capital budget or your administrative budget.
