2nd step: The light control
After the exchange of the lamps and the connected increase in light comes the control.
With the exchange of the road lighting from HQL/HME lamps to NAV/HSE lamps, the light level is increased to such an extent, that greatly exceeds the required degree of light. If the luminous flux is reduced using a controller, the current consumption decreases and a much higher saving may be reached than with the exchange of lamps only.
