The community with 11,000 inhabitants near Augsburg is a charming town, but still tradition-conscious. That means, the family friendliness has top priority in Kissing, which reflects in well-equipped schools, sufficient daycare facilities for children and in the sports youth work of the associations. And family-friendly also means ecology-minded. So Kissing saves up to 50 % on the costs of electricity for the street lighting since summer 2008.

The tranquil town Fischach is located 23 km southwest of Augsburg in the leisure area “Stauden” in the natural park “Western Woods”. This community has deep historical roots. Records point to a first settlement in the Bronze Age. But this did not hold the community off from looking ahead, too. In the early summer of 2008, the street lighting was retrofitted with the LURETEC energy saving technology and it therefore contributes to preserving our environment.

The town’s history dates back to the Romans. At that time, the town was already located next to an important trading route. Today, the idyllic town Türkheim can be found between Landsberg and Mindelheim near the A 96. In the early summer of 2007, the market town decided to retrofit the street lighting by purchasing the LURETEC energy saving technology. Since that time, the market town does not save the calculated sum of € 20,000 per year, but even € 25,000. That equals a saving of 70 % of the yearly power requirement for the street lighting.

To save energy the art and culture minded community near Lake Constance had already drastically reduced street light burning time. Nevertheless it was still possible to lower the street light power consumption by another 37%, using LURETEC technology.

The town Hirschbach in the Upper Palatinate currently tops the ranking list of the innovative communities in the field of street lighting energy management. The community saves an incredible 55 % of its energy costs with the LURETEC system. The savings are constant without any additional costs for the life time of the street lamps.

Markt Aindling decided to consistently develop its energy management. With the LURETEC system the community chose the latest and most effective street light energy saving system.

The LURETEC system convinced the community Obermeitingen in the district of Landsberg on the Lech with:

These were only some of the arguments for the alpine town that is one of the oldest alpine towns mentioned in a document, to select the LURETEC system for street light energy saving.

The health resort Bad Hindelang in the Allgäu has an innovative energy management and also turned towards the street light.

The decision was made in favor of the LURETEC system.

The LURETEC system saves the community up to 47% in energy, with a payback period of only 5 years, and is therefore considered the most recent and economical street light energy saving system.

Nearly 11,000 residents live and work in the Franconian market town Cadolzburg within established structures.

Markt Cadolzburg asked the company Luretec to help find saving potentials for street lights. After completing the situation analysis and detailed local measurements, we were able to present Markt Cadolzburg a complete overview within the scope of facility management.

Particular attention should be given to the fact, that we were able to put an end to an “old myth” here. Competitors and utilities kept saying, there was no potential to save energy if fluorescent tubes existed.

The LURETEC system saves 47% of the energy consumption in Cadolzburg, without having an impact on the existing luminance. Even though most of the lamps are equipped with fluorescent tubes.

Markt Cadolzburg is very pleased about the result and the fact, that the community does not have to invest any money to achieve this objective.

We give communities financial freedom with our favorable energy saving contracting offers, according to the regulations of the Bavarian Ministry of Interior.

With the signing of the contract in late March, the town Kempten took a new path for a more ecological, efficient and cost-effective energy management.

Within the runtime of the energy saving guarantee, the town Kempten saves 38% of earlier energy costs and 740 tons of carbon dioxide per year.

The measures include the modification of the lamps with the goal to reach a higher light efficiency, and the use of our lumen controller to control the output.

Moreover, the inserted sodium-vapor lamps give off a comfortable yellow light and they are insect-friendly, as insects are less attracted by the yellow light.

The town Kempten pays the saved energy costs to the contractor over the contract period. This leads to a sustainable budget discharge, a reduction in the maintenance costs and an increase in the lighting quality.

Our home market town Peiting should actually be awarded an innovation award. It was the town that had the heart to allow the LURETEC technology to adduce evidence for its function. During the contracting period 2003 – 2006 the predicted saving result of 42 % could be confirmed, to the complete satisfaction of the community.
